Library user card

• For those who belong to Seiryo campus and are not issued a magnetic card student/staff ID (research students, part-time lecturers, etc.), the Medical Library will issue a card for use.

• You do not need to have a library card and log in to MyLibrary to use databases, e-journals, and e-books. Please use them by connecting to the campus network. (Ref:VPN接続・学内無線LANの接続ガイド)
• If you have a magnetic card student/staff ID, you can use them as a library card. Those eligible for issuance can apply (New/Reissue) from Groupware.

Photocopying and Interlibrary services

• Requests for copies of articles or books from off-campus can be made via MyLibrary (Details for: Photocopying and Interlibrary services).
• You can also fill out an application form below and submit it to the counter.

  • Application Form(対外文献複写・現物貸借依頼書) [Request for photocopying materials not available at Medical Library, and request for ordering books from off-campus]
• If you wish to pay the fee with school funds, you must register in advance. Please contact User Service Section for details.
